Reservations
During “High Season” or Holidays there is a minimum two-night stay midweek and a minimum three-night stay (to include a Friday or Saturday) on weekends.
Advance reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking, and may be authorized for the full amount.
Payment: The card on file will be charged the full amount 14 days prior to arrival date.
If you wish to use a different method of payment or split the charge, we must be notified 15 days prior to your arrival.
A reservation of the entire inn requires a 50% deposit and will be subject to a 90-day cancellation policy.
Gift cards can be used towards any stay, based on availability. Reservations using a gift card must be made by telephone.
Arrivals and Departures
Check-in between 1pm and 6pm. Luggage drop off can be accommodated for earlier arrivals. Please contact the inn if a later arrival is necessary, so arrangements can be made. The Inn accepts text for your convenience.
Checkout – prior to 11AM
Changes
Please let us know at least 15 days prior to your arrival of any change in plans. Guests must arrange any change in the number of guests, rooms, or length of stay prior to reserved date of arrival. Acceptance of such changes is solely within the discretion of The Village Inn of Cape Cod.
Cancellations
No penalty cancellations can be made for single room reservations made 14 days or more prior to your arrival.
Cancellations made within 14 days will be subject to the full amount, a refund will be issued less a 5% service charge for any amount up to the full amount if the room can be re-rented.
Cancellations of any type – including but not limited to, medical emergencies, weather and travel delays, within 14 days of the arrival date will forfeit the full deposit. Refunds are not available for late arrivals, early departures, No-Show, or cancellations within 48 hours. The guest is responsible and payment in full is required for the entire stay.
Travel Insurance is recommended and guests are encouraged to purchase insurance that offers protection for trip interruption, medical emergencies, and weather-related travel delays.
Damage Policy
Any incidental charges for damages you or those in your party make at The Village Inn will be charged to your credit card.
Children
Children who are well behaved 4 years and older are welcome at the inn. If all rooms are reserved for a private party, the minimum age is waived.
Pets

Smoking
Smoking/Vaping is not permitted within the inn. Guests may smoke on the grounds and are expected to be respectful of other guests and the environment, disposing of cigarettes/cigars appropriately.
Personal Property
Security for all personal belongings is the responsibility of the guest. The inn does not accept responsibility for any damages or theft to personal property or vehicles during the guest stay.
Parking
Parking is provided on the inn grounds.
